Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day free trial for eligible ByLotus products. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of confirmation.

Shipping and Refund Conditions
- A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for PT orders only.
- If you use a different carrier, please send us the tracking information. Refunds for shipping costs with alternate carriers will not be provided.
Refund Requirements
- Returns must include the product, original packaging, instructions, and all accessories.
- Items will be inspected for working condition. Missing, dirty, or damaged components will result in deductions from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 6-8 business days after processing. Shipping fees and order coverage fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Topicals: Returns accepted only if unopened and in original packaging.
- Final Sale Items: Virtual items (e.g., memberships, order coverage) and final sale products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Authorized Resellers: Purchases from third-party retailers must be returned directly to them.
International Orders
- Returns are not accepted for orders with unpaid customs fees.
- Free return labels are not available for international orders.

Warranty
All purchases made on ByLotus.Store or via authorized retailers include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty claims, contact our support team with proof of purchase.
